Kian Overseas was founded on a specific frustration: that businesses moving goods internationally were routinely let down by the gaps between providers. Freight arrived at the port; the customs broker wasn't ready. Clearance was granted; the trucking company had no booking. The goods were in the warehouse; no one had issued the delivery order. Each party had done their part — and the shipment was still delayed.
The answer was not to offer one more specialist service. It was to own the whole sequence: freight, documentation, customs and distribution, coordinated by a single operations team that treats every gap as its problem. Headquartered at Stanmore, London, we file all UK declarations through HMRC's Customs Declaration Service, and operate to the recognised UK customs-compliance standards.
